It's so awesome, there's no spiders or anything! Sure took long enough, though. Note to selves: hire a drywall guy next time!
So, my dad got a new car...it's a Porche. He bought it from a Australian living in Japan who's name is Lucky. Don't ask :) It's an awesome car! I want one.
So, we just had a "chat" with our real estate agent, and it looks like we'll be selling our place in March or April. So, on with the final renos! Nothing big left to do, just a few baseboards and a closet for our bedroom.
And then the house hunting starts again. Oh boy.

Sharon, your Dad has one heck of a car there. And as far as your renovations go, I have one word: WOW. I can hardly believe all that you have done to fix that place up (compare pictures now to before you moved in and it doesn't look like the same place), and now you're just going to move! Ah well, I guess you can fix another one and then move on to the next and so on, if you like that sort of thing :)
Talk to you soon!
holy cow! the laundry room looks awesome! that sure looks like a lot of work. It's got to be hard putting that all in, just to pack up and move again, but I guess that's the way it is at this point in your lives. I can't wait to see where you go next. (if you need a hand with the new place come spring, you've got two here)
We have to have another game night!
Call me....
Yeah, we totally agree with you guys on the fixing up and moving thing. We're gonna be pretty drained by the end of the year. But with the amount we make from this place, we'll be able to get a house with a (real) backyard, so that we can have you all over for a BBQ or whatever. This townhouse has never really felt like "home", you know? It's always just been a place that we lived. It's going to take us a while to find the right house, one that will feel like home - especially because we're cheap and don't like paying full price :)
Whoa! that's not the same room i saw when i left! where'd you put it?! ;)
Good job you two! and when did you decide that you were going to move?! You need to post more updates, geez! How'd the decision come about?
anyway, it's good to (*ahem* finally ;) hear from you and that things are going awesome! Yay!
Peace
